Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Inkoum app, or by browsing inkoum.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or this website.
What Inkoum is
Inkoum is a personal productivity app for tasks, notes, calendar, habits, goals, focus sessions, and related tools, provided for your personal, non-commercial use on iOS and Android devices you own or control.
Your content
You own the tasks, notes, and other content you create in Inkoum. We don't claim any ownership over it. If you enable optional cloud sync, you're responsible for what you choose to sync, and you can delete that synced data at any time from the app.
Acceptable use
Don't use Inkoum to store or distribute unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the app or its services, or use it in any way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
No warranty
Inkoum is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or this website, including loss of data. We'd encourage keeping your own backups (the app's Data screen includes an export/backup tool for exactly this).
Changes to the app or these terms
We may update Inkoum's features or these terms from time to time. Material changes to these terms will update the date at the top of this page.
